Packaging and Shipping
Packaging:
At Denver Steaks, we take great care to ensure that our meats arrive at your door in prime condition. Every order is cut and packaged fresh. We never fill orders from pre-frozen stock.
Each piece of meat is flash frozen and individually vacuum packaged for freshness and convenience. Bones are wrapped to prevent package puncture.
All meats are shipped in reusable Styrofoam coolers packed in dry ice, then sealed in a cardboard box to ensure product safety. Each cooler is shrink-wrapped to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping:
Flat rate shipping on most orders!
You will usually receive your meats within 4-8 days of placing an order. Orders are sent by FedEx 2nd-day air. Overnight shipping is available on request for an additional charge.
You can track your order by going to the FedEx tracking page and entering your order number. This number appears on the confirmation screen at the end of the ordering process. It will also be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
You may change or cancel your order anytime prior to the cut-to-order process (approximately 4 a.m. the following business day). Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. MT.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any Denver Steaks, steaks or meats, call or
email us within one business day of receipt and we will be happy to replace
your order or provide a refund. Have your order number available. Unfortunately,
we do not accept returned orders because our products are perishable. Also,
we do not refund shipping costs once an order has been shipped.
